• Daily Rate: £140-£195, depending on experience, training and qualifications

The role

As a Secondary Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for the delivery of physics lessons within our partner schools in Doncaster. You will encourage the learning of physics content, promoting critical thinking, and helping learners develop a deeper understanding of key concepts through engaging activities, practical examples, and real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and Deliver high quality, engaging physics lessons within secondary schools
• Maintin a positive classroom environment
• Manage student behaviour and establish clear classroom expectations
• Adapt teaching approached to meet individual learning needs
• Follow school policies

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
• Secondary Physics Teacher experience or relevant experience in schools
• The ability to engage and motivate young people
• An enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to obtain
• A genuine interest in the learning of young people
