Aspire People are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant for a Manchester secondary school. The role is long term with a view to permanence, starting in September, and based on-site at the school's provision.
You will support pupils with SEN/SEMH, promote attendance and behaviour standards, liaise with teachers and parents, and contribute to safeguarding. A degree-level qualification is ideal; excellent communication and behaviour management are essential.
