Job summary

You will work 1-to-1 or with small groups, bringing empathy, adaptability and a commitment to helping every student thrive in a vibrant secondary setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering small-group interventions or working with young people with Autism is a huge plus.
• Patience, empathy and adaptability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions bridging gaps for learners.
• Support 1-to-1 and small-group work to aid academic progress and welfare.
• Help students access education with consistent presence and support.
