Job summary

Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo (Primary Phase) within Leigh Academies Trust is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our ambitious primary team. This permanent role offers a real salary and opportunities to grow within a thriving all-through school community.

We value inclusion, collaboration across phases, and professional development as part of a supportive staff culture. The working hours are 8:30am–3:30pm, term time plus one inset week.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting pupils in a classroom setting.
• Commitment to inclusion and willingness to learn.
• Experience with pupils with SEND is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the classroom and on an individual basis.
• Collaborate with class teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in promoting academic, social and emotional development.
