We value teachers who set high expectations for behaviour and achievement, build strong relationships with students, and are committed to helping every learner thrive.

If you are eager to make a lasting impact and be part of a forward-thinking, passionate team, we would love to hear from you.

Join us in shaping the next generation of critical thinkers, writers, and lifelong learners.

School visits are welcomed and encouraged. Please contact the school to arrange a suitable time.

The school is rapidly expanding and will grow year by year to a full cohort of 1,320. This is an exciting time to join the school as it continues its journey to outstanding.

The staff at Avanti Fields School are passionate about our school and are relentlessly focused on improving the achievement and opportunities for all our students. What will you do?

• Able to work independently, collaboratively and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills with children, parents and carers

• Ability to create and maintain professional working relationships
