Step Teachers is seeking a General Cover Teacher for a full-time, long-term opportunity starting November 2026 at a thriving secondary school with a sixth form. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain positive behaviour and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.

The ideal candidate holds QTS or equivalent and has experience in a secondary school, with strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.

• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Ability to engage students across a variety of subjects.
