Prospero Teaching is looking for an enthusiastic Art teacher to work in a secondary school located in Barnet for September 2024.
Students want to learn at the Ofsted Good, mixed secondary school, achievement and morale is high. The school is seeking a well-qualified Art teacher who can inspire and stretch students and maintain and extend general Art Key stage 3 and 4 results within the school.
As a member of the Art department, you will be required to commit to a teaching timetable and deliver well-planned lessons using effective teaching methods, and a variety of activities and have good classroom management.
The Art department delivers a diverse curriculum running a range of competitions and extra-curricular activities.

ART TEACHER CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location: Barnet
Position: Art teaching
Type of work: Art class teacher, marking, assessment where applicable
Start date: September 2024
Contract type: Perm
Minimum rate of pay: in line with your main pay scale
Hour: 8am- 4pm

ART Teacher Experience, Training and Qualifications

· Qualified Teacher of Art teacher

· You will be required to commit to a full-time Art teaching timetable
· Joining a well-resourced Art dept where team teaching and support is given
· You will be required to plan engaging stimulating Art lessons and using the variety of technology the school have to deliver these Art lessons
