IT 2nd Line Support Engineer
Salary: Up to £29,163 per annum (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
Working pattern: Full-time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
Location: Andover Campus

You will work within the IT team alongside the IT Services Manager and other Engineers, providing hands-on support to staff and student end users of IT systems. Candidates should come from an IT background with experience in delivering excellent customer service, and possess the confidence to assist users at all skill levels.
Responsibilities include working to objectives and timescales set by the IT Service Manager and senior team, adhering to professional standards, college policies, procedures, and legal requirements. A good level of end-user IT experience, particularly with Microsoft 365 administration, is essential.
The role involves interaction with teaching, business, and student IT users, so excellent interpersonal skills are required.
