Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Second Line Analyst in Nottingham to join our Application Packaging team, focusing on hands-on deployment and troubleshooting in a secure, on-site environment.

You will import packaged applications into SCCM, build AD groups, run test deployments, and resolve installation issues up to third-line support while collaborating with business users and management. The role requires SC clearance or eligibility and offers a dynamic, agile work setting.

Qualifications

• Customer facing experience and strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Windows troubleshooting and Office365.
• Familiarity with SCCM, MSI or App-V is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with identified business users and manage records in the workflow tool.
• Import of packaged applications into SCCM and create AD groups for deployment.
• Perform test deployments (OAT) and troubleshoot installation issues up to 3rd line.
• Escalate issues to team lead and investigate application dependencies.
