Job summary

Kinver High School in the West Midlands is seeking a highly capable Second in Mathematics to join the Mathematics Department. The role focuses on leadership, strategic development and maintaining high teaching standards to drive excellent student outcomes.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Mathematics to support day-to-day leadership, monitor progress and advance teaching and learning within the faculty.

Working closely with the Head of Mathematics, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the strategic development of the department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, and securing excellent outcomes for all students.
