Marston's PLC is seeking a Second Chef to join our team in a lively pub environment. You’ll work with the Head Chef to run the kitchen, keep service moving, and ensure each dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee and develop the kitchen team.
• Maintain the highest standards of food and service.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Head Chef to run the kitchen day-to-day and keep service moving.
• Ensure every dish leaving the pass looks and tastes as it should.
• Lead the kitchen during service and help train the team.
