Marston’s welcomes a Second Chef to join our team in Glasgow. Working with the Head Chef, you’ll run the kitchen day to day, keep service moving, and ensure every dish leaves the pass both looking and tasting first class.

Qualifications

• Experience as Second Chef or Commis Chef is preferred.
• Ability to run the kitchen line during service.
• Adept at developing and guiding kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and keep service moving.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise and develop the kitchen team to improve skills.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and service.
