• Experience in catering environments.

• Food hygiene knowledge and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest standards of food preparation for residents.
• Prepare and serve meals according to menu and company requirements.
• Comply with Food Safety & Hygiene Regulations (England) 2013 and related standards.
• Ensure meals' presentation and taste meet quality expectations.
• Maintain portion control to minimise waste.
• Meet individual dietary requirements by following charts and recipes.
