Runwood Homes Ltd is seeking a Second Chef to join our Hospitality team in Ware. You will support the Head Chef, delivering hotel and restaurant standard meals with a focus on quality for our residents.

Qualifications

• Food Hygiene Level 2 is required.
• NVQ Level 2 preferred.
• Experience in catering or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of food preparation for residents.
• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu and company standards.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance per regulations.
• Monitor portion control and manage stock levels to reduce waste.
• Deputise for the Head Chef when required.
