Qualifications

• Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent.
• Experience leading and inspiring a team.
• Good understanding of nutrition.
• Experience with fresh seasonal food.
• Understanding of HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
• Assist Head Chef in menu development.
• Prepare dishes using fresh produce to high standards.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team.
• Work within budget and complete audits.
• Manage stock control.
