Qualifications

• Hold relevant culinary qualifications.
• Ability to create appetising and nutritious menus.
• Experience managing a kitchen in absence of Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in menu development.
• Manage kitchen operations smoothly.
• Deliver high-quality dishes with fresh produce.
• Complete regular audits and manage stock control.

Skills

Understanding of nutrition
