10 years ago, Thom & James drove a Piaggio Ape Tuk Tuk from Sicily to London on a 'Pizza Pilgrimage' to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. They then set up a market stall in Soho with an oven in the back of a van before opening their first pizzeria on Dean Street. Today, we have over 20 award-winning pizzerias across the UK, our own Pizza Academy with daily training workshops, and we are proud to be a BCORP. We pride ourselves on using the best ingredients from Naples, including Caputo flour, fresh fior di latte, and salsiccia e friarielli, to make the best Neapolitan pizza every day.

We work hard because we believe pizza makes people happier. As a Second Chef, you’ll be a specialist in creating top-quality Neapolitan pizzas, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. You’ll also be responsible for:

1. Team leadership
2. Health & safety compliance
3. Stock management
4. Launching successful guest pizza offerings
5. Managing kitchen maintenance
6. Food quality auditing
