Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop junior chefs
• At least 1 year experience as a Second Chef or Team Leader
• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent culinary and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef and management team
• Work within company-defined menus and recipes
• Manage staff rosters and work allocation
• Train and develop team members
• Handle food ordering, stock control, and storage
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
