Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Second Chef to join the team at *Location*.
Second Chef working hours:
As a Second Chef, you will work 40 hours per week, including weekends & split shifts with an hourly rate of £14.91 – Regardless of age!
Being a Second Chef:
As a Second Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef, looking after all aspects of a hotel kitchen and deputising on the Head Chef's days off and annual leave. We offer a set menu on a 7-day cycle system for our guests, who are predominantly coach customers. The menu is repeated each week with most starters, mains, and sweets made in-house using fresh produce.
You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a consistent standard of food, where we expect the highest standards of food safety and health and safety within the kitchen environment.
