• Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health Safety standards.
• In the absence of the Head Chef, collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Support the Head Chef in training and developing the kitchen team to achieve high standards of quality and presentation.
• In the absence of the Head Chef, manage staff rotas to ensure efficient service and control labour costs within budget.
