Job summary

We Are PROPA Limited in Sale is hiring a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor to join a busy, results-driven team. You will speak to warm, pre-qualified customers, advise on second charge mortgage options from a broad lender panel, and close deals with support from a dedicated processing team.

The role offers a basic salary of £27,000–£33,000, uncapped commission, and an OTE of £70,000. Hours are Monday to Friday, with no weekends and Friday early finish. Office-based position in Sale.

Qualifications

• Recent experience advising on second charge mortgages or secured loans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with warm, pre-qualified leads booked into your diary.
• Assess customers' circumstances and recommend suitable second charge mortgage products.
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused advice in line with FCA requirements.
• Build rapport and manage a fast-paced pipeline of enquiries and cases.
• Hit and exceed personal and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with processing team to ensure smooth progression from application to completion.
