Job summary

TimePlan Education is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Havering, East London, to recruit an Experienced Teaching Assistant for an ASAP start. You will support the class teacher, provide 1:1 and small-group support, and help pupils with literacy, numeracy and wider learning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
• Ability to support pupils across the primary age range.
• Experience with SEND and additional learning needs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with day-to-day teaching and learning.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support.
• Assist pupils with literacy, numeracy and wider learning.
• Support children with SEND and additional learning needs.
