Job summary

Squire's Garden Centres is seeking seasonal Customer Service Assistants to support shoppers during the holiday period in the Knaphill area. Your role focuses on delivering a friendly, helpful shopping experience and representing the store to a high standard.

Working weekends with a rota on Saturdays and Sundays, you will greet customers, answer queries, identify needs and show merchandise with care, while upholding company guidelines and excellent housekeeping standards.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers.

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.

Seasonal: 21 November 2026 until 24 December 2026

Rota: Every Saturday 10:00- 14:00 and Sunday 10:30-16:30

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:
• Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
• Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines
