Squire's Garden Centres in Greater London is seeking friendly staff for seasonal customer service roles during late November to mid-December. You will help create an enjoyable shopping experience and assist customers in finding what they need.

Shifts include Saturdays 10:00-17:00, Sundays 11:00-15:00 and Fridays 12:00-16:00. You should be physically fit to perform heavy lifting and possess good interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and a warm, helpful manner.

• Customer service role during festive season; good communication required.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers.

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.

Seasonal: 28 November 2026 until 13 December 2026

Role 1: Every Saturday 10:00-17:00

Role 2: Every Sunday 11:00-15:00 and Friday 12:00-16:00

Main duties and responsibilities:

Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:

• Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
