Job summary

ON RUNNING is seeking a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador for a premium in-store guest experience. You will master the Cloud CX Premium service model and bring a detail-oriented approach to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support the Retail team with high standards of service and presentation, aiming to strengthen brand loyalty and align with the mission to ignite the human spirit through movement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn new products or processes.
• Reliable with adherence to SOPs.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on premium service.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and some holidays.

• You bring 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering a quality experience is a priority

• You are highly reliable and accountable, with a record of consistent performance and strict adherence to retail standard operating procedures
• You demonstrate strong communication skills and a team-first spirit, ensuring collective goals are met through active engagement and asking clarifying questions
