Job summary

ON RUNNING in Greater London is seeking a Store Advisor to act as a brand ambassador and lead the premium in-store guest experience. You will master Cloud CX Premium service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued by delivering exceptional service aligned with our brand standards.

You will report to the Store Leader, support the Retail team with a high level of excellence, and contribute to brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles delivering quality experiences.
• Growth mindset and passion for learning, with resilience and coachability when learning new products or processes.
• Highly reliable and accountable, with a track record of consistent performance and adherence to SOPs.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first spirit, ensuring goals are met through engagement and asking clarifying questions.
• Meticulous attention to detail; premium retail success comes from execution and presentation.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.
