AWD CONSULTING GROUP LTD is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our team in Guildford. We focus on seasonal and sustainable produce, evolving our menu based on the finest local ingredients.

With live-in accommodation available, generous tips, and no split shifts, this role offers an excellent work-life balance. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a commitment to delivering the best of British cuisine.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef.
• Strong passion for quality British cuisine.
• Ability to work in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food according to seasonal menus.
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and service.

This is a superb opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a real special team & company, with plenty of career progression on offer, longterm share options, generous tips and live in available.
