Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a seasonal retail team member to deliver the Feel-Good Experience, greet customers with our signature tea, and help them discover and purchase products in a luxury beauty setting.

You will be a brand ambassador, creating appealing displays and maintaining the shop environment. Availability for evenings and weekends is required to support high-traffic holiday periods.

• Hit sales targets by sharing product stories and turning customers into members where possible.
• Handle retail essentials including running the register, receiving deliveries, and keeping the boutique tidy and stocked.
