Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Harrogate is seeking a cheerful seasonal team member to deliver the Feel-Good Experience, welcome customers with tea, and help them discover products that brighten their day.

You’ll contribute to a premium store environment, support sales targets, and act as a brand ambassador through polished displays. Availability during evenings and weekends is expected to fit holiday needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Feel-Good Experience – greet customers, offer our tea, help them find products, and create a memorable shopping moment.
• Hit sales targets by staying sharp on numbers, perfecting product storytelling, and turning customers into members.
• Handle all retail essentials—manage the register, take deliveries, and keep the boutique looking neat and stocked.
• Be a brand ambassador by ensuring displays look premium and representing Rituals in line with the luxury brand look.
