Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking seasonal retail team members in Sheffield to welcome guests, share our signature tea and help customers discover products that brighten their day.

You'll work with a friendly team, aim for sales targets, run the till, manage deliveries and keep the boutique polished. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with customers and representing a luxury wellbeing brand during the holidays. Training on onboarding and staff discounts are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Interest in wellbeing/beauty brand is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them discover Rituals products.
• Run the till, handle deliveries and keep the boutique stocked.
• Aim for sales targets and promote membership sign-ups.
• Create attractive product displays and represent the brand.
