Rituals Cosmetics in the UK invites you to join our festive seasonal team. You’ll welcome customers, guide them to beloved products, and delight them with thoughtful service during evenings and weekends. You’ll also help grow membership and ensure a premium store experience.

As a Rituals ambassador, you’ll manage the register, receive deliveries, and keep the boutique looking pristine. A passion for beauty and wellbeing helps you shine in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to hit sales targets and drive memberships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with our signature tea and help them find products.
• Assist with product stories and turn shoppers into members.
• Operate the register, handle deliveries and keep the boutique stocked.
• Act as a brand ambassador with attention to displays and brand look.
