Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a temporary Christmas Sales Advisor in the UK. You’ll welcome customers, guide product selection, and contribute to a premium, Feel Good Experience in-store.

Join during the festive season, with evenings and weekend shifts. You’ll support sales targets, participate in stock checks, and help maintain beautifully presented Rituals displays to reflect a luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends during peak season.
• Attention to detail and presentation aligned with luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Feel Good Experience to customers and help them find products.
• Hit sales targets and contribute to membership growth.
• Manage retail essentials: register, deliveries, and stock upkeep.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining Rituals look and store displays.

Join us during our busiest and most magical time of year. As our Christmas Temp, you'll work in a beautifully decorated boutique that's filled with holiday joy. You're doing much more than selling products or giving customers a quick 'hello' and 'goodbye'. You'll create what we call the Feel Good Experience: our way of making customers feel amazing during the most wonderful time of the year.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver the Feel Good Experience - welcome customers with our signature tea, help them find their favourite products or surprise them with something they never knew they needed.
• Hit sales targets - stay sharp on the numbers and challenge yourself with small victories, like perfecting a product story or turning more customers into members.
• Handle all the retail essentials - you run the register, take deliveries, and keep the boutique looking sharp and stocked at all times.
• Be a brand ambassador - you care about how Rituals looks and feels (from creating beautiful displays to rocking the Rituals look yourself) because you understand that every detail matters for a luxury brand.
