Ryman in Cambridge is seeking a Sales Assistant to be a friendly face who helps customers find exactly what they need and creates a brilliant shopping experience.

You'll support the Store Management Team to drive sales, deliver great service, maintain store standards, and build product knowledge while working flexible hours. The role offers opportunities to develop skills and progress within the Theo Paphitis Retail Group.

• Deliver consistently excellent customer service and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
• Confidently handle customer queries, complaints and returns, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, KPIs and objectives.
• Get to know our customers, understand what they need and recommend the right products, promotions and additional items.
• Operate the till efficiently while following customer care and loss prevention procedures.
• Keep stock replenished and help maintain accurate stock systems.
• Help create an inviting store by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.
• Build your product knowledge and keep developing your skills.
• Follow all relevant Health & Safety policies and procedures.
