Job summary

Ryman is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to be the welcoming face in store, helping customers find what they need and delivering a brilliant shopping experience.

You’ll support the Store Management Team to drive sales, provide excellent service, handle till transactions, maintain stock and store standards, and learn product knowledge to advise customers confidently.

Job description

As a Sales Assistant at Ryman, you’ll be at the heart of the store, helping customers find exactly what they need while creating a brilliant shopping experience every time.

You’ll be a friendly and knowledgeable face of Ryman, supporting the Store Management Team to drive sales, deliver great service and keep the store looking its best. From helping customers choose the right products to spotting opportunities to upsell, you’ll play an important role in making every visit a positive one.
