Job summary

schuh is seeking part-time, temporary sales assistants for the festive period. You will greet customers, share in-depth product knowledge, and help drive sales while meeting KPIs. A mix of weekday and weekend shifts is ideal, with at least one weekend day and one weekday shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not essential, but customer service and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the highest level of customer service, greeting customers and providing product knowledge.
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets.
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations.
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising.
• Maintaining high standards on shop floor and back areas.
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures.
