Job summary

schuh in Crawley is hiring a part-time Sales Assistant to deliver top customer service, drive sales and maintain store standards. You’ll help customers, handle payments and keep stock tidy, with full training provided and a flexible schedule on weekends and weekdays.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Crawley!

This is a part-time position, and you must have good flexibility on weekends and weekdays.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what youll be doing –

• Deliveringthe highest level of customer service possible,greetingand approaching customersand providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processingpayments, customerorders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaininghigh standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
• Previousexperienceis notessential,however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
