Job summary

schuh is seeking a Seasonal Sales Assistant for our Bluewater kids store. You will deliver high-quality customer service to children and their parents, assist with measuring and fitting, and provide in-depth product knowledge to support purchases.

Weekend availability is essential during peak periods; full training will be provided. You’ll enjoy flexible hours, generous discounts, and a supportive team at schuh.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to children and parents.

We have an exciting opportunity for aSeasonal Sales Assistant to join our kids store in Bluewater.

Please note candidates should have weekend availability as well as be able to work across key festive period dates.

About what you’ll be doing

Delivering the highest level of customer service possible to both child and their parent/guardian.

Offering our free measure and fitting service to our little customers

Providing in depth product knowledge

Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets

Processing payments, customer orders and reservations

Stock management and shop floor merchandising

Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas

Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
