Job summary

Raby Estates is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our shop environments at the Coach House, Riding School Christmas Emporium, and Raby Castle. You will help deliver an outstanding customer experience while keeping displays tidy and stock replenished.

The role requires flexibility for varied hours, especially during the festive period when visitor numbers surge. Ideal candidates will have retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication, and IT/EPoS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer care skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during seasonal peaks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily retail operations and ensure store appearance.
• Provide product knowledge and process purchases on EPoS.
• Stock shelves, unpack deliveries, and price labelling.
• Handle customer orders for larger items and manage banking tasks.
