Raby Estate is seeking an enthusiastic Visitor Services Assistant to operate at various ticketing and information points, indoors and outdoors, throughout the site. Applicants must have a friendly outgoing personality and are routinely the first point of contact for visitors to Raby Castle, Park and Gardens. Working in the Visitor Services team is a rewarding role, providing essential information about facilities, products and events, whilst hosting with genuine hospitality skills, creating positive memories for all. This is an active role where you will generally be on your feet, either working independently or as part of the wider Visitor Services team.
