Boots UK is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the Christmas period in London-area stores. You will help customers find gifts, highlight offers, and provide friendly, personalised service to create memorable experiences.

The role is fast-paced and active; you will also support deliveries, replenish stock, and help keep the store looking its best. This temporary position offers potential for longer opportunities based on local availability.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
