Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the Christmas period. You will assist customers with gifts and offers, operate tills and self-checkouts, replenish stock, and support deliveries in a busy store environment.

The role emphasises teamwork, flexibility, and delivering a friendly, efficient shopping experience during the peak season. This temporary position offers weekly pay with an hourly rate ranging from £13.02 to £15.10, depending on location, and potential for longer-term

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
