Job summary

Boots UK is recruiting for a Seasonal Customer Advisor to support the Christmas period in our stores across the UK. You’ll welcome customers, help them find gifts and offers, and deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role is temporary with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability. The hourly rate ranges from £13.02 to £15.10, and payments are weekly, with shifts including Bank Holidays and peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
