Molton Brown, a Kao global fragrance brand, is seeking a Seasonal Retail Advisor for the York store on a fixed-term contract, working 6 hours per week. You’ll guide customers through our fragrance, body care and home scenting collection to find the perfect lifestyle products.

No prior experience required; you should be reliable, a true team player, and capable of helping the store meet targets. Benefits include a 50% staff discount, pro-rata bonus, and additional support during your time with us.

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products, you’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day, to achieve store targets.
