Job summary

Molton Brown in York is seeking a Seasonal Retail Advisor to welcome customers and guide them through our fragrance, body care and home scenting range. The role is a fixed‑term contract at 6 hours per week, ending 24 December 2026.

You don’t need prior experience; reliability, teamwork and a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience are key. The role offers £13.45 per hour, a 50% staff discount, and a pro‑rata bonus if store targets are met.

• Guide every customer through Molton Brown’s world of fragrance, body care, and home scenting to help them discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in.
• Support the store’s commercial and operational targets to ensure a smooth festive season experience for all customers.

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won't just sell products, you'll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.
