Job summary

Molton Brown is seeking a Seasonal Retail Advisor to join our Meadowhall store in Sheffield. You will guide customers through our fragrance and body care products to find the perfect lifestyle choices for themselves and loved ones.

You don't need prior experience; we value reliability, teamwork and a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience. The role is 12 hours per week on a fixed-term contract ending 24 December 2026, at £13.45 per hour with a 50% staff discount

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through fragrances and body care to find ideal products.

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won't just sell products, you'll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don't need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day, to achieve store targets.
