Job summary

The Eden Project is seeking seasonal Retail & Admissions Assistants to welcome visitors, process entries and purchases, and help merchandise products on the shop floor. Roles include weekend and late-night shifts with training provided.

Ideal candidates have prior sales experience, excellent numeracy and literacy, and a passion for delivering world-class customer service at a renowned destination. Seasonal work at our Cornwall site offers entry to Eden and related benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales team or similar environment.
• GCSE or equivalent / NVQ level 2 or Diploma required.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer service in retail and admissions.
• Process ticketing and purchases accurately at till.
• Merchandise displays and manage stock with attention to pricing.
• Assist with health & safety expectations.
• Stay informed about Eden's activities to promote sales.
