Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting a Payroll & Workforce Administrator to support Royal Mail's Stoke-on-Trent parcel hub. Based in Beech, this temporary contract runs mid-September to end-December, with roughly 30 hours weekly between Monday and Friday, and a 10:00-16:00 schedule (flexible).

You will assist up to 1,500 temporary workers daily, ensuring accurate payroll processing and a positive candidate experience. The role combines payroll, workforce support, and candidate care during a peak period;
