Audley Villages in Darley Bridge is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to create and deliver dishes that blend modern influences with classic English charm. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to produce consistently outstanding meals during service and help implement seasonal menus.

You’ll manage stock rotation, ensure HACCP guidelines are followed, and mentor junior team members. In the Head Chef’s absence you’ll lead the kitchen, drive high standards, and contribute to our renowned dining

Competenze

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficient in HACCP compliance.
• Knowledge of dietary requirements.
• Strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Create and deliver seasonal menus.
