Job summary

Audley Villages in Leeds is seeking a Chef De Partie to deliver high-quality dishes as part of a small, talented team. You’ll help with seasonal menus, stock ordering, HACCP compliance and ensuring cleanliness during service.

You’ll work closely with the team to develop new dishes, manage deliveries, and maintain high standards in a friendly, luxury dining environment across Audley’s villages.

Qualifications

• Proven history of running a kitchen section and managing food deliveries.
• Experience with stock ordering and rotation.
• Good level of culinary knowledge and menu development input.
• Flexible, able to work under pressure and adapt to shift patterns.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section during service to ensure high-quality output.
• Oversee stock ordering, deliveries and rotation.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and cleanliness across the kitchen.
