Audley Wycliffe Park is seeking a dedicated Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. You will contribute to creating seasonal menus that blend modern flair with English charm and work closely with colleagues to ensure superb dining experiences for guests.

You will assist with stock control, food preparation, and maintaining HACCP standards while supporting senior chefs. In return, we offer training, development opportunities and a range of staff benefits.

• Experience with HACCP and Audley procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to deliver consistently high-quality meals during service.
• Assist with stock ordering and stock rotation.
• Maintain absolute cleanliness and order in line with HACCP and Audley procedures.
• Help the management team develop and refine dishes for seasonal menus.
